BDC was a co-developer and equity partner on the CityCenter redevelopment team. The team was made up of accomplished local, national and international firms. Led by master developers Hines and Archstone-Smith, the Development team also included The Jarvis Company; The Mayhood Company; Neighborhood Development Company and Triden Development Group. Internationally renowned Foster and Partners was the lead architect. This development team offered an unparalleled record of achievement in architecture, landmark development, city planning, urban design and management of residential, retail and recreational properties throughout the world.
