On April 4th CityCenter DC broke ground. CityCenter DC is a new mixed use development located on a 10 acre-parcel bounded by New York Avenue and H, Ninth and 11th Streets NW. Bundy Development Corporation is one of the developers and is part of the Executive Management team of this mixed use construction project on the old Washington D.C. Convention Center site. This $950 million project will be completed in three phases. CityCenter DC includes about 670 apartments and condominiums, a 350 to 400 room hotel, 330,000 square feet of retail space, more than 1 million square feet of office space and 2,400 parking spots.
